The hotel was clean. The location was particularly good and close to everything you need, including major highways. The property was near Westborough. The hotel was placed 2 miles from touristic places like Crane Swamp.

Without validating that I had occupied the room, at 1am, the front desk gave someone my room key. Also, I left my iPhone charger in the room, as I had to attend to a family emergency and called the hotel to reclaim it and nothing was done. By the time I followed up later that day, someone else occupied the room and I was unable to reclaim it. I was disappointed with the service.

We enjoyed our stay at this place; the breakfast bar was perfect, and the rooms were modern, fully equipped, and well-decorated.

The bed was very uncomfortable, You could feel the springs and coils, the pillows in the room felt like a bag of cement mix. I ended up catching a couple hours sleep on the couch.
